Xelron Workspace
Pay once, register your company, and run chat, mail, tasks, files, and automation inside a private workspace no other firm can see.
Who it is for
Xelron Workspace is a shared platform with strict company boundaries. Asset agencies, collections desks, legal support units, and field operations teams each get their own workspace — while the platform owner manages billing and provisioning from one place.
Staff only ever see people, conversations, and files belonging to their company code. That is the difference between a shared chat tool and a true multi-company system.
Platform
One login. One company code. Chat, mail, tasks, automation, and files — scoped to your organization.
Direct messages and group threads with typing indicators, unread badges, attachments, and voice notes. Delivery stays inside your company rooms only.
Compose to teammates, keep drafts, and track read state. Optional official mailboxes let staff send and receive real email through your cPanel accounts.
Assign work to an officer or a team. Track due dates, priority, comments, and recurring follow-ups with company case numbers.
Build when / if / then rules so the platform notifies the right people when tasks are assigned, overdue, or closed — without manual chasing.
Upload case documents, spreadsheets, and media. Share with a person or an entire group. Files are stored under your company folder on disk.
Organize departments — field ops, compliance, leadership — then open group chats and file shares automatically for members.
In-app alerts for chat, mail, and tasks. If someone is really offline, the platform emails their account so nothing sits unseen.
Find people, conversations, files, and case tasks from the top bar — always filtered to your company so results stay private.
Each firm controls its display name, registration policy, upload limits, and theme defaults — without affecting other companies on the same install.
Onboarding
Registration is locked until Paystack confirms a successful payment. No half-created companies.
Enter your name and work email on this page. Paystack opens for card, bank transfer, or USSD. We record a pending payment with a unique reference.
After Paystack redirects back, the server confirms amount and status with Paystack’s API. Only then is company registration unlocked for two hours.
Choose a company name and short company code (for example acme). Create your admin username and password. That code is what staff type at sign-in.
As admin, add users, create groups, and open chat or mail. Each person signs in with their email plus your company code — never another firm’s data.
Multi-company design
Every user, conversation, mail, file, notification, and setting row belongs to a company_id.
uploads/{company}A day inside the workspace
Morning standup moves to a group chat. New cases land as Tasks with due dates and assignees. Automations escalate overdue work to supervisors. Case packs land in Files and get shared with the field unit. Internal mail carries formal instructions. If someone is offline, they get an email so nothing sits unseen. Admins disable a leaving staff account and the audit log records it. Nothing from another firm appears in any of those screens.
Trust & control
Security is practical: who can sign in, what they can touch, and what was changed.
Disable accounts instantly. Require password changes. Keep registration off unless you want staff to self-join with your company code.
Company creation is gated by a verified Paystack charge. A payment reference can only create one company — it cannot be reused.
Signed-in users carry their company context. APIs and socket rooms check membership before any message or file is delivered.
Chat, task, and mail alerts email people who are actually away from the app — so supervisors still get escalations after hours.

Paystack confirms the charge, we unlock registration, and you create your company name, code, and admin password. You are then signed into your new dashboard.
No. Only the company workspace fee is paid once. Afterwards the admin creates users. Staff sign in with email/password and your company code.
Yes — emails are unique per company, not globally. That is why the company code is required when the same address exists in more than one firm.
Tasks are company cases you assign to an officer or team — with due dates, comments, and unread badges. Automation rules notify the right people when work is created, assigned, overdue, or closed.
No. Offline email only sends when someone is really away. If they are online, they see the in-app chat, task, or mail notification instead.
Use “Continue registration” with the same browser session, or return from Paystack’s callback link. Successful payments that are unused stay available until registration completes.
Self-serve creation goes through this paid flow. Platform super admins can also create companies from Administration → Companies without charging again.
